PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal with payment being made via a secure server.

DELIVERY

At Tribella Minkk we ensure that orders are dispatched within the allotted time. However we will not be held liable for any losses, or expenses caused by a delay in the postal system. We ship worldwide.

RETURNS

Returned goods must be returned and unworn in original packaging with any original tags still attached .Customers are advised  to obtain a proof of postage.Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt.Please email [email protected] if you wish to return an item.Please note that due to hygiene regulations, pierced earrings are non-returnable.The cost of returning all items is the responsibility of the customer. Tribella Minkk will not be responsible for any returned goods lost or delayed in the post.
